Freshly graduated from the Vatel Institute in Lyon in 2007, I joined the big family of the luxury hotel industry by the small door, today I am proud to be an actor in the field.
After 10 years of immersion between St Barthélémy, Méribel and Brussels, within hotel groups such as “Relais et châteaux”, “Leading hotels of the world”, “Sibuet hotels & Spa” and “Radisson” among others, I have honed my skills through a very diverse and rewarding career.
The private luxury concierge service became an obvious choice for the rest of my professional adventure and it was time to fly on my own, so I created MyExclusiveLodge.
The origin of my project was born from a desire to provide a solution for very high end customised stays that could be personalised ad infinitum in order to meet the needs of an elite clientele and allow them to travel in the best conditions and with style.
My challenge is to meet our clients’ desires, exceed their expectations and, in the end, make them happy. To achieve this, I attach great importance to the notions of “customer relations and experience”, a sine qua non condition for excelling in this profession.
What makes me passionate about my job as a private concierge is that it involves working with a multitude of professions, such as hotels, real estate, events, travel, transport, art, cars, fashion etc.
What makes a good concierge in my opinion? Know-how and know-how, attention to detail, sympathy, curiosity and of course the search for excellence.
But how does he do it? A very personal and well-stocked address book of contacts that never leaves my pocket.
My plans? To develop MyExclusiveLodge through exceptional real estate, a project in progress and to be followed…
